Yes.  Caldecott Award books are part of the juvenile collection, the library has at least two copies of each award winning title beginning with 1938.

More about the Caldecott Medal:

  • Caldecott Section: Award winning titles are shelved here by year with a call number of Caldecott + year of the award.
  • Juvenile Collection: Second copies of Caldecott Award winners are shelved in the regular location in the juvenile collection.
  • Caldecott Reserves:  EDEC 323 has the most recent 10 years of Caldecott Award winners on reserve.  Caldecott titles on reserve do not leave the library.

Ask in the IRC for help locating a Caldecott Award Book.  The following links provide additional resources for locating Caldecott titles in the library catalog.
