No.  There is not a specific section in the juvenile collection where all the biographies are shelved. If you do not have a topic, consider a keyword search in the library catalog for biography then:
 

modify your search results by limiting to the location MAIN Juvenile. Results will display by relevance (meeting the keyword search).

If you are looking for the most recent title added to the collection, choose the option to sort results by date. The Children's Literature Genre library guide has a Biography tab with additional information about biographies. A great place to start, it includes new books, catalog links, and recommended titles for picture books and juvenile / YA selections.
