Managing Color in the Cloud

The initial print menu in any Google app (e.g. Docs, Sheets, and Slides), Google Chrome, and in some instances Adobe reader (pro or DC), may automatically indicate color.

Be aware this is recognizing there is color in the document, NOT that the document will print in color.

In the print menu, select more settings (drop down), then option to print using system dialog, and view the printer menu. Choose a printer and open the print preferences menu to manage color.
